Frequently Asked Questions
If I place an order how long will it take for you to send it?
We normally ship everything within 24 hours of receiving payment (weekends not included). We use Royal Mail's 1st class service so your package will arrive with your postman. This will usually take 2 to 3 working days from placing the order. You will not need to sign for your order and it will be posted through your letterbox. If it is too large for the letterbox and you are out the postman will leave a card for you asking you to collect the parcel from the local Post Office. Alternatively there will be details on the card for you to arrange another delivery date that is convenient for you.
How much is postage?
Postage on all UK orders is FREE!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta, JCB and Visa Electron. We also accept Paypal.
Is your website secure?
All credit card transactions on our website are handled by Sagepay (formerly ProtX) who operate some of the largest eCommerce sites in the world. Card transactions are protected by SSL security. We do not collect or store your card details.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns if the item is damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your t-shirt please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with the details. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. We also accept returns if you ordered the wrong size and will exchange it for the correct size. We are only able to exchange sizes on orders for our pre-printed t-shirts. For custom designed t-shirts please ensure that you buy the correct size as we are unable to sell these again. Please refer to our size chart.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes, please fill in our request for quote form or alternatively email us at email@example.com for details.
What type of t-shirts do you use?
Our t-shirts are all high quality pre-shrunk cotton. They are heavy weight and 100% cotton. The brands we use are Hanes, Gildan, Fruit Of The Loom or SG.
How are your t-shirts printed?
We use the latest direct to garment (DTG) printing technology. This has a similar appearence, feel and washability to screen printing. We do not use cheap transfer printing.
How should I wash your t-shirts?
They are machine washable up to 40 degrees. Please wash inside out. Tumble dry medium. As with all printed t-shirts do not iron the print. We recommend ironing inside out.
